ILAW Lesson Plan Organizer

Your lesson, organized the ILAW way

Type your objectives and lesson notes the way you jot them down; Taglish is fine. The app organizes them into the four ILAW parts: Intentions, Learning Experience, Assessing Learning and Ways Forward. It adds the AI use declaration and the Annex A self-check, and puts a bracket wherever your notes have a gap.

DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 does not allow fully AI-generated lesson plans. This app doesn’t write your plan: you make the teaching decisions, and it organizes your notes.

Open the ILAW Lesson Plan Organizer
  • Your words, tidied up

    You wrote

start w/ picture of uod and paru-paro, ask kung pareho ba sila

    The app wrote

Pre-Lesson: Show pictures of a caterpillar and butterfly; ask whether they are the same.

  • Gaps left for you

    The app wrote

Integration and Contextualization: [Add: Integration or local context]

The notes didn’t say how the lesson connects to local life, so the app left a bracket instead of making it up.

  • AI use, declared

    The app wrote

Declaration of AI Use: I used AppGen only to organize and rephrase my own notes into the ILAW format; all teaching decisions are mine and no learner personal information was entered (DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2026).

The plan also ends with the Annex A self-check.

Days taught in. A TOS that adds up.

List the competencies you taught and the days you spent on each. The app spreads the items by days, splits them into three thinking levels and numbers them, with the computation shown so you can check it. This is the TOS it made for a sample Grade 7 English term exam, unedited.

How it works

Open, fill in, check

Every app in the kit works the same way.

  1. Open an app

Pick the one for the job: organizing your lesson notes, a TOS, test questions, a rubric, a remediation plan or a letter.

  2. Paste your own notes

Paste the competency from the curriculum guide and type your notes or results. Use counts, never learner names.

  3. Check it, then keep it

Read the draft, fill in every [bracket], and keep the AI use note with your records.

Made for the 2026 DepEd orders

Your decisions, declared

  • You make the teaching decisions

DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 does not allow fully AI-generated lesson plans. The ILAW app takes your own objectives and notes and only organizes them. It adds nothing of its own.

  • AI use, declared

The ILAW plan carries an AI use declaration, and every TOS, quiz, rubric and remediation plan ends with an AI use note for your records, the way DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2026 asks you to declare AI use.

  • No learner names

The apps ask for counts, never names, so no learner’s personal data goes into the AI. Letters leave a blank for the learner’s name.

  • No made-up codes

Paste each competency from the curriculum guide. If it has a code, the code is kept. If it has none, the app doesn’t invent one.

Six apps: ILAW Lesson Plan Organizer, Table of Specifications Maker, Test Questions for a TOS Row, Performance Task Rubric Maker, Remediation and Enrichment Planner and Parent Letter and Announcement. Each one does a single job, in the order you meet them in a term.

No. DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 does not allow fully AI-generated lesson plans. You choose the objectives and plan the lesson. The app organizes your notes into the ILAW format, rephrases them and leaves a bracket wherever your notes have a gap.

DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 allows AI to organize, rephrase and refine your own work after you have made the teaching decisions, and DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2026 asks you to declare that use. The ILAW app does only that, and writes the declaration line for you. Ask your school head if your division has added its own rules.

DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 repealed DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2016, which set the DLL and DLP formats, and replaced them with the ILAW lesson plan. That’s why the kit organizes notes into the ILAW format instead of building a DLL.

List the competencies you taught and the days you spent on each. Leave Number of Items blank to use the DepEd guide number for your grade. The app spreads the items by days, splits them into three thinking levels and numbers them, showing the computation so you can check it.

Every app writes in English or Filipino, and the parent letter can do both in one letter. You can type your own notes in Taglish.

No. The apps run in your web browser, on a computer or a phone. Open one, fill in the fields and copy the result.
